SmartShopper works based on a "whitelist" of shopping websites. This means that SmartShopper will not load/work on websites that are not on our whitelist of supported retailers.

Nope! We make sure to fully test SmartShopper on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux), with multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and along side as many third-party plugins/add ons as we can get our hands on before we release a new update.
Many times the slowness you notice on a website is due to external services that the website may be trying to load. Examples of these are Twitter and Facebook services (We love the Twitter/Facebook folks but boy do their widgets slow down websites!).
However, odd things do happen so if you notice something buggy after installing SmartShopper, please let us know by clicking on "Report a Problem" on our Suppport forum.
